Merry Christmas to all!

Do you remember what it was like to be a child during Christmas? Once the family gathered, you spent quality time, went to church, and overall had a chance to connect with your loved ones to build memories? As a child, you also got very excited about what Santa was going to bring!

I am excited to be heading out to help hand out donated gifts to some of the kids who are not in the same situations as other kids are. They are in more challenging situations with their families and while they understand the love and power of family, they too hear the stories of Santa and look for his deliveries in the morning. Some of them wake up to nothing. Looking forward to seeing them smile today after this event!

There was a good turn-out today and there were plenty of kids who were able to be gifted with toys, books, games, small pieces of furniture, stuffed animals and countless other pieces that kids and teens can enjoy! The real gift, I think, was seeing the smiles on their faces…
