Chrissy announced the big news on Instagram today just on the heels of her recent admission on Tyra Banks’ new TV talk show, FabLife, that she and John had been trying for babies for a long time. It was a moment for Chrissy to continue the worldwide dialogue on women’s health, fertility and socially appropriate ways to speak to women about their choices. Along with this wonderful news for the couple, we want to highlight the work John Legend has been doing with his The Show Me Campaign since 2007. The purpose of the organization? To give every child access to quality education. Through various programs, they aim to not only elevate and celebrate teachers, they also seek to “end the school-to-prison pipeline and to address systemic issues in our criminal justice system that disproportionately impact the poor, minorities and disadvantaged.”
